Our organization is looking for a Technical Lead that ensures the delivery with quality of iterative increments of our product. It is also expected of this role to provide guidance for the team and helps them grow organically by defining and facilitate training programs. Drives the maturity of the SDLC based on previous experiences, particularlly the Quality Assurance of the software with testing practices like TDD. They also understand client short- and long-term goals and represent/prioritize them during the product development cycle.

Leading the change through the engineering team by guiding his/her team through new initiatives. Assuring the team is understanding the Whys and Hows, following best practices, proper standard structure defined by the company while implementing. Experience with microservices. Excellent soft skills to manage a team of highly innovative engineers. Work closely with VP of engineering, engineer manager and leader of each technology and his team to achieve V2MOM goals of engineering. Be the example of Innovation, Commitment, culture and work smarter not harder. Ability to communicate complicated technical topics to simplified executive reports that helps the rest of the company and biz leaders to make decisions and understand and align with engineering topics. Training new developers ranging from new interns to other TLs and architects in the company. Represent all the cultural values of the company.
