Position Summary:

We are hiring a operations engineer to help design, build and manage a secure infrastructure, supporting product and engineering teams in reducing our current time to market.

Role level: Mid - Senior

Experience in Systems Engineering, Electronics and / or related fields with more than 5+ years of proven experience in infrastructure, automation or similar services.

Experience in continuous integration / delivery technologies, concepts and tools.

Practical knowledge of "infrastructure as code" and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation.

What you need to know:

Experience as a specialized professional or subject matter expert in this area is essential to collaborate with Operations and Development teams, and promote the use of technologies that take advantage of an increasingly dynamic and programmable infrastructure.

Proven knowledge of tools that help automate software delivery and provide the infrastructure to ensure quality and stability.

What are you going to do?

You will monitor production operations, debug errors and make RCA.

You are going to define and apply recovery strategies for our production environment that align with out RPO, RTO and similar SLAs

You will support and work in a DevOps environment where you will contribute your skills and knowledge to complete department tasks and make architectural-level decisions on AWS. Adequate services to find the best solution. Migration of applications to AWS.

Support processes, which generate continuous improvement.

Participate and actively collaborate in the implementation and continuous improvement of our implementation process, with continuous implementation being a common practice in our area. Construction.

Required technical skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in AWS environments (ECS, CloudFormation, Lambdas, Fargate).
  • Over 3 years of experience with Git and Gitlab.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-expanding environment

Desired Skills:

  • Experiment with Python or Go
  • Experience in the definition of SLO / SLA and implementation of alerts, monitoring
  • Experience with HashiCorp products (Vault, nomad, boundary)
  • Experience including pipeline safety
  • Experience in managing and using Kubernetes and its ecosystem.
