Playvox is looking for a well-rounded, detail-driven marketer with a “can do” attitude, who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. As a Product Marketing Manager for Playvox WFM, you are helping to drive go-to-market strategy by activating strategic plays and creating compelling content. You create and tell inspirational stories bridging business and technology narratives. You measure success by our ability to mature deals to closure through these marketing programs.

In this role, you will think strategically and execute with a purpose in an exciting and dynamic technology space. The perfect candidate has the ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a matrixed environment and enjoys interacting cross functionally. Successful candidates will have a passion for numbers, will be data driven and love taking the complex and making it simple.

Responsibilities

  • Work with product managers, product marketing, and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including: User Guides, Integration Guides, API Developer Guides, Help Center Articles, In-platform documentation (tooltips, welcome instructions, etc.).
  • Become a subject matter expert for our products so that you can speak to how our products and enhancements will help our customers achieve their goals
  • Prepare enablement materials for our teams to learn about new features and enhancements to the Playvox product suite
  • Create and deliver product release updates for our customers
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience as marketing or communications specialist (or similar role)
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Native English speaker
