Position Title: Senior Account Executive

Job Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive. This is a new business role requiring the candidate to develop a strong understanding of key differentiators and business drivers in the contact centre market, focusing specifically on the labour pool that delivers and manages customer experiences. Industry experience in one or more of the following sectors, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail & Utilities.


The Senior Account Executive will become our resident specialist in one of our focus industries, helping our prospects understand how our Agent Optimization Suite & Workforce Management solutions can deliver measurable business results, though presentations, demonstrations and quantifiable ROI models.

Understanding the presenting issues for our prospects, addressing them while creating a vision and roadmap that delivers incremental value from improvements in quality CSAT /NPS through to creating a positive working environment that encourages and rewards employees.

Territory planning, business development, pipeline creation and sales execution.


  • 5+ years of technology solution-based selling (SaaS, CCaaS, and Cloud applications).
  • BS degree, continued training and education preferred.
  • Proven sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering and embracing a measured sales process.
  • Success prospecting, engaging, acquiring mid-market and enterprise level customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple stakeholder sales cycles, negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling.
  • Strong analytical skills ability to create ROI models and list hard & soft benefits
  • Understand what it means to compete as part of a team
  • Results-minded and see how to capitalize on the diverse strengths of people around you to succeed
  • You have a point of view but are low ego
