Job Summary:
The Associate Product Manager works across the entire lifecycle of a digital product, from inception to launch. This early-career position contributes to the overall vision and development of the product and supports its roll out into a successful product launch. In this position, you will assist and be supported by senior members of the team, helping to communicate consumer needs and turning those needs into product requirements for the team to build.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the needs and experience of our customers and our product.
  • Help translate market and customer product needs into detailed requirements and prototypes that support the product strategy.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to support the delivery of the features and product.
  • Support product launches including working with product marketing, leaders, and other product management team members.
  • Serve as an expert to internal stakeholders on features and products built.
  • Support buy-in for the product vision both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred or related field
  • Hands-on experience with Agile software development
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Able to work effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
