ROLE DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

Professional generalist in UX design (no matter the background) who delivers high-level digital design proposals (consistent, coherent, handling of good practices and UX and UI methodologies), understanding the interaction between the user and the product, in order to offer good experiences in usability, accessibility, quality and the complete cycle of projects.

What You'll Need

  • knowledge in design areas such as; Interaction Design, User Interface Design (UI), Visual Design or User Research.
  • Experience in design tools such as (Sketch, Invision, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience to create and deliver project presentations.
  • Knowledge of usability and accessibility.
  • Experience designing documentation and specifications.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Flexibility and desire to learn new methodologies and practices around UX design
  • English B1 or higher
  • Knowledge in CSS & Html (a plus not a requirement)
  • + 3 years of experience

What You'll do

  • Work in collaboration with our engineering, account executive, customer service, and Product teams.
  • Design the user experience and the products interfaces (UX/UI) based on company's objectives in a strategic way.
  • Identify insights, understand users and generate potential solutions based on user experience research.
  • Design and test prototypes for upcoming features and products with our internal and external clients.
  • Communicate effectively design decisions and ensure designs are implemented as defined by the team.
  • Work under the scrum methodology.
  • Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and evangelize the Playvox culture.
