Our organization is looking for a Sr. Product manager that has more than 4+ years of experience in product management. Experience working with Call centres especially Quality in Call centres is a big plus. In this role you will:

Define the product strategy and roadmap.

Release plans with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.

Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.

Be an expert with respect to the competition.

Act as a leader within the company.


4+ years of experience in Product management.


Experience in product analysis, analysis of target audience.

Experience in user centric design.

Experience in writing agile tickets.

Experience creating roadmaps.

Experience in creating product backlog.

Prioritize and Define Requirements.

Perform Client interviews.

Coordinating product delivery with different stakeholders of the company, client, marketing, customer success, etc…

Natural leader.

Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction.

Advance English skills.
