Position Title: Senior Account Executive
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive. This is a new business role requiring the candidate to develop a strong understanding of key differentiators and business drivers in the contact centre market, focusing specifically on the labour pool that delivers and manages customer experiences. Industry experience in one or more of the following sectors, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail & Utilities.
The Senior Account Executive will become our resident specialist in one of our focus industries, helping our prospects understand how our Agent Optimization Suite & Workforce Management solutions can deliver measurable business results, though presentations, demonstrations and quantifiable ROI models.
Understanding the presenting issues for our prospects, addressing them while creating a vision and roadmap that delivers incremental value from improvements in quality CSAT /NPS through to creating a positive working environment that encourages and rewards employees.
Territory planning, business development, pipeline creation and sales execution.
