Playvox is looking for an experienced marketer with the ability in understanding and
articulating product value. As a Product Marketing Manager for Playvox QM, you will
drive go-to-market strategy by activating playbooks, battlecards and creating
compelling content. You can create and tell inspirational stories, bridging business
and technology narratives. And, you measure success by your ability to mature
deals to closure through these marketing programs.
In this role, you will think strategically and execute with a purpose in an exciting
and dynamic technology space. You’ll have the ability to work collaboratively and
deliver results in a matrixed environment. Our ideal candidate has a passion for
backing up ideas with data and loves taking the complex and making it simple.

Understand the technical details of our Quality Management suite of
products, including how our product works, configured, and deployed, along
with communicating the value for the end user
Develop and conduct market analysis, develop go-to-market messaging, and
communicate benefits
Work with our internal technical and product teams to help develop and
articulate product use cases that address customer needs, while maintaining
consistency of our overall product messaging and positioning
Conduct in-depth competitive research and analysis to create accessible
competitive content for our organization. Competitive research expertise
Represent the voice of the customer and provide customer and market
insights to the Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing
teamsDevelop both sales and technical content to drive product awareness and
influence purchase
Create sales tools that articulate Playvox’s value proposition, including case
studies, presentation decks, videos, and other customer/prospect-facing
Apply your product expertise to be an effective resource for sales in closing
deals and growing accounts
Work with our channel partners to develop compelling sales content, demos,
sales training, and enablement activities
Have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment
Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate
complex technical and product capabilities in a compelling, accessible
Have the ability to develop relationships and interact across all levels of the
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Focus towards having an impact and producing results
Self-motivated and able to take initiative without needing a high level of

5-7 years in a product marketing or technical marketing role with a SaaS
Knowledge of Quality Management products preferred
Knowledge of contact center, workforce engagement management products
and/or CRM tools preferred
Previous work enabling partners and direct sales teams
Experience creating hands-on demos
Ability to develop and deliver effective sales training materials
Confidence to pick up and lead new projects
Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment Willing to travel to support on-going activities and key opportunities (up to
25% of the time, based on need and pending current COVID-19 restrictions)
