PlayVox builds software to help companies monitor and improve the quality of their interactions. PlayVox has offices in Silicon Valley and Manizales.

We're looking for passionate and dedicated candidates for a full-time position as a Sales Development Representative in our Manizales Office. This person will work directly with our Founder and CEO as a critical role within our sales and marketing organization. The position has also high growth potential to promote into Account Executive and above, based on performance.

Salary is competitive and includes a bonus based on meeting performance targets.

Requirements:

  • High Level English writing and speaking proficiency

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify potential

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • 1 year working in a high-pace sales or support environments

  • Previous call center experience

  • Availability to work in our Manizales Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify hundreds of companies, every week who would make quality sales targets for PlayVox

  • Send customized email outreach to targets and engage with prospective leads to schedule calls for the sales team

  • Generate qualified demos and outbound opportunities by phone and email

  • Eventually be able to close deals and develop sales strategy
