ROLE DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

The Sales and Marketing Analyst will work collaboratively with the SDR and AE teams to develop email marketing campaigns and generate segmented lists of ICP companies that PlayVox can add value to.

Besides, the person in this position will be in charge of the sales and marketing data analysis to understand better which markets are responding better to our product, helping the closing rates and making constant improvements in the outbound marketing efforts

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Constant development of email and social network sequences for the sales team
  • Analysis and reports of the elaborated email sequences
  • Lists development of ICP companies for the SDR prospection process
  • Sales metrics and CRM analysis to understand which segments PlayVox is being most effective
  • Reports generation to see the performance of the SDR and Sales team according to different variables (industry, geography, size companies, etc.)
  • Development of new strategies, pitchs and innovative content for the acquisition of prospects,
  • Constant search for good practices and new tools that allow the optimization and better performance of the sales team


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Years of experience = +1 Year
  • English level if required = 90% - 100%
  • Specific Knowledge or experience (Soft skills and hard skills Preferred Qualifications) =High level of written and spoken english, Skills generating Excel reports.
  • Main programs/tools/frameworks/methodologies = Outreach.io, MailChimp, Hubspot, Excel.
