ROLE DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

The SDR team lead will work collaboratively with the AE team to generate Outbound opportunities and pipe and new opportunities according to the ICP criteria.

Besides, the person in this position will be in charge of coaching and aligning the efforts to get the most Outbound meetings in the different territories assigned to the SDRs and help the whole team to achieve their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Screens, interviews and hires candidates per process

2.Motivates the team to perform at their best.

3.On-boards SDR’s for first 90 days period to assure a smooth transition into PlayVox.

4.Sets expectations for the team and insures that the SDR’s are on track to hit goals.

5.Reports on metrics for Sales Director to review for tracking towards goal and quarterly compensation reporting.

6.Provides feedback to Sales Director on the performance of the team, the quality of the leads, efficiencies of the processes being followed.

7.Conducts weekly 1:1’s and reinforces individual goals and helps fill the gaps where the team might fall short of goal.

8.Writes and conducts annual performance reviews.

9.Motivates team to over achieve quotas for Sales Accepted Opportunity production.

10.Help the team to achieve the pipe generation goal assigned to the team

11. Coach their team to improve the soft and hard skills

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Years of experience = 3 Year
  • English level if required = 90% - 100%
  • Specific Knowledge or experience (Soft skills and hard skills Preferred Qualifications) =High level of written and spoken english, Skills generating Excel reports.
  • Main programs/tools/frameworks/methodologies = Outreach.io, Hubspot, Excel.
