As a Partner Program Manager you will have the opportunity to work with a set of premier global leaders including Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Intercom, among others. We are transforming the way companies of all sizes manage quality practices to deliver exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a Partner Program Manager to create a multiplier effect for our growth. Someone who can energize our partners’ sales teams through marketing and sales enablement programs. Use your skills and experience to have a front-line impact on our success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prioritize and successfully roll out North American enablement programs in support of Partner Sales and Solutions teams.
  • Working with Playvox team members, conceive and prioritize partner marketing and enablement programs
  • Collaborate with our go-to-market team to create sales enablement assets that best serve partner teams.
  • Successfully execute participation at partner marketing events
  • Successfully deliver partner enablement tools to partner sales organizations
  • Implement enablement programs to a wide range of partner audiences including executives, Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Implementation Managers
  • Develop and execute innovative ideas to align with partner marketing initiatives



We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5-10 years experience in sales enablement and / or partner program management
  • Excellent sales and marketing program management experience across multiple regional and global markets, targeting multiple audiences from manager to senior VP
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple large scale projects in tandem
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent presentation skills across a range of audiences from individual contributor to executive
  • Direct people management skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring others
  • High energy, driven, and passionate about our customer experience mission
  • Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • An interest to travel to major metropolitan areas to support partner events, up to 50% travel
